Subscription Agreement
This Subscription Agreement supplements the ZanyCamix User Agreement and governs your purchase and use of paid subscription services. By purchasing, activating, or using Subscription Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Subscription Agreement and the User Agreement.
1. Definitions
- Subscription Services: Paid value-added services, including unlocking all AI effects, removing watermarks, and advanced editing features.
- Subscription Period: Monthly, annual, or other period shown on the subscription page.
- Subscription Fee: Fee displayed on the subscription page in applicable currency.
- Auto-Renewal: Automatic renewal for the same period at expiry, with fee deducted from your bound payment method.
2. Purchase and Activation
You purchase through iOS in-app purchase channels. Payment is processed by Apple's official payment system. Subscription activates automatically after successful confirmation and can be checked in "My Subscription".
3. Rights and Obligations of Subscribers
3.1 Your Rights
- During the valid period, you may use all paid features included in Subscription Services.
- You may view subscription records, payment amount, period, and renewal status.
- You may disable Auto-Renewal in app settings or iOS settings at any time.
3.2 Your Obligations
- You must pay Subscription Fees in full and on time.
- You must use Subscription Services lawfully and must not transfer or lend your subscription rights to third parties.
- You must properly keep your iOS device and Apple ID.
- You should keep payment information up to date to avoid renewal failures.
4. Rights and Obligations of the Provider
4.1 Provider's Rights
- The Provider may adjust service scope according to operational needs without significantly reducing purchased core rights.
- The Provider may collect limited anonymous technical usage data only for optimization.
- The Provider may suspend or terminate services in case of your violation of agreements.
4.2 Provider's Obligations
- The Provider will provide services according to subscription page descriptions during the valid period.
- Important subscription details must be displayed clearly before purchase.
- The Provider shall comply with the Privacy Policy and provide a valid support contact channel.
5. Auto-Renewal and Cancellation
Auto-Renewal may be enabled by default and can be turned off in app settings or iOS subscription settings. If not turned off before expiry, subscription renews automatically and fee is deducted for the next period.
6. Refund Policy
Fees are generally non-refundable after payment, except where required by applicable law, valid App Store refund policy, or specific service failure circumstances. Approved refunds may terminate corresponding subscription rights immediately.
7. Termination of Subscription Services
Subscription services terminate at period end if not renewed. If agreements are violated, the Provider may terminate services immediately according to applicable terms.
8. Changes to This Agreement
The Provider may revise this Agreement according to laws, regulations, or operational needs. Significant changes will be notified in-app before taking effect.
